For regular, reliable, garden bin and bag collection on Auckland’s North Shore, contact JD Property Services.

We offer a garden waste service to suit home gardeners all across the North Shore area, from Devonport to as far north as Okura, Stillwater, Millwater, Silverdale, Orewa, Red Beach, and Greenhithe.

Choose from a 240 litre wheelie bin, or a 600 litre bag that hangs on a supplied free-standing frame. Pick-up for bins is every four or eight weeks as required or every four weeks for bags.

Garden Wheelie Bins (240 litre)
Pick up from kerbside, every 4 weeks: $16
Collect from property, every 4 weeks: $17.50
Pick up from kerbside, every 8 weeks: $20
Collect from property, every 8 weeks: $22

Garden Bags (600 litre)
Pick up every 4 weeks: $30

We also offer a bulk collection of green waste. Contact us for a quote.

Extra garden bags can be supplied if required; you only pay for however many you use.

Collections are at the beginning of the week.

For bin or bag collections every 4 weeks, you have the option to cancel a collection up to two times a calendar year without being charged, as long as you advise by email, text or call at least 24 hours prior to the collection date.

For bin collections every 8 weeks, the charge applies whether or not they need emptying.

A list of collection dates will be provided.

Due to green waste recycling restrictions, we are unable to take flax, bamboo, ginger root or excess soil.

Garden bags must be situated on a part of the property with easy access. Garden bins should be left out on the kerb by 7am on the collection day. We can pick up from your property if required. There are different charges for kerbside and property pickups – see price list above.
