JD Property Services provides Garden Bins and Bags collection services all across the North Shore area, as far north as Okura, Stillwater, Millwater, Silverdale, Orewa, and Red Beach, including Greenhithe.
All Green Waste is recycled and reused to help keep the environment sustainable.
We offer two options depending on your needs:
600L Garden Bags
600L Garden Bags sit inside sturdy metal stands that are easy to fill. Please do not overfill the bag. Your garden waste operator needs to be able to move the bags to dispose of the Green Waste. Please avoid relocation of the bags when full, as this may cause damage to the base of the garden bag. The garden bags can be positioned on your property in a convenient location for easy access and removal on collection dates.
240L Wheelie Bins
240L Wheelie Bins are convenient, easily relocatable and easy to fill. The Wheelie Bins should be placed at the kerbside from 7 am on scheduled collection dates. If you forget to place the Wheelie Bin on the kerbside, we will locate and retrieve it where possible, to avoid missing the collection.
Access
Please position the Garden Bags in an easily accessible location for retrieval. This includes avoiding positioning the bag in a location that is only accessible via stairs or a steep hill/driveway.

Bulk Green Waste Removal
We can supply extra Garden Bags to fill and remove bulk garden waste.
Payment
For new customers, prepayment of 6 collections is required. Payments by cheque or bank deposits are accepted. Banking details are located on the bottom of the Invoice.
Collection Calendar
A collection calendar will be issued to you on the first day of collection, and annual collection calendars will be issued in November/December for the following year. A replacement can be delivered or posted, please notify JD Property Services by phone or email.
JD Property Services collect Green Waste Garden Bags and wheelie Bins on a specific rostered day monthly. If we are unable to collect and remove Green Waste due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather, public holidays, your collection will be collected as soon as possible.
Lost or Damaged Frame, Bags or Wheelie Bins
Damage or loss of equipment will result in replacement charges. Garden Bag Frames at $40 each, Garden Bags at $10 each, and Wheelie Bins at $80 each.
Collection Cancellations
For collections every 8 weeks of bins and bags, the charge applies whether or not they need emptying.
For collections every 4 weeks of bins, you have the option to cancel a collection up to two times a calendar year without being charged. If you do not want the bin emptied, please ensure to notify us by email, text or call 24 hours prior to the collection date.
Termination
If you no longer need our services, you will need to let us know we will remove regular collection service every four weeks. We will contact you if you are in credit.
